We want you to love your Laila Grace Beauty products. If you’re not completely satisfied with an order purchased directly from our website, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
There is no need to return opened or used products. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Our guarantee is limited to one refund per product, per customer or household. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
TikTok Shop Orders: Purchases made through TikTok Shop are subject to TikTok Shop’s return and refund policies and should be managed directly through TikTok Shop.
